''Scrobipalpa proclivella'' is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It is found in large parts of Europe, east to the southern Ural Mountains and Siberia.〔 ''et al.'' 2010: The gelechiid fauna of the southern Ural Mountains, part II: list of recorded species with taxonomic notes (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae). Adults have been recorded on wing in May and from July to August〔(microlepidoptera.nl )〕 in two generations per year.〔(Lepidoptera of Belgium )〕 The larvae feed on ''Achillea clavenae'', ''Artemisia absinthium'', ''Artemisia vulgaris'', ''Leucanthemella serotina'' and ''Tanacetum vulgare''. Young larvae create a ''Phyllonorycter''-like tentiform mine, with longitudinal folds.
